British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Development Specialist in Warsaw!
As a Retail Development Specialist, you will support sales growth by providing key performance analyses, initiating actions to enhance operational efficiency, and coordinating projects between field and central teams. Your goal is to enable strategic decision-making through valuable insights and effective organizational support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed analyses on channel performance, consumer behaviour, and strategic recommendations to support business decisions; working with data in Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborating with POSM, Category Management, and Legal teams to execute trade and promotional initiatives.
- Developing and executing motivational contests for field teams, including drafting rules, coordinating legal approvals, and analyzing results.
- Managing the team’s cyclical activities, including planning, organizing, and monitoring task execution.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience supporting a sales department.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Power BI is a nice-to-have.
- English and Polish language skills at proficient level (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to work, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
